Hydraulic/ Telescopic dock levelers
1. Anti-slip patterned steel plate:
The thickness is 14/15mm, and the double 5-degree arch design can increase the overlap area between the tongue plate and the car body, making the transition smoother and increasing the tongue plate's bearing strength.
2. Inverted design of the oil cylinder:
Effectively prevent dust accumulation, avoid oil leakage caused by wear of the oil cylinder seal, and prevent the failure of the hydraulic locking valve.
3. Safety operation of auxiliary systems:
Self-developed integrated intelligent control system, IP54 protection level, linked to other equipment.
4. Through-type maintenance support rod:
Prevent accidental collisions during platform maintenance that could dislodge support rods and cause safety hazards.
5. Toe guard:
Prevents pinch injuries during platform lifting/lowering.
6. Emergency stop function: Emergency stop function in case of sudden safety accidents.

1. Safety warning strips: Define vehicle parking zones and alert operators to potential hazards.
2. Reverse rails, signal lights: standardize vehicle parking and avoid accidental collisions during the parking process, causing the door cover structure to be damaged and requiring repair.
3. (Inflatable dock shelter) Airbag protection curtain plate: prevents vehicles from parking and damaging airbags.
