A wheel chock is a mechanical, simple fixing device, using natural rubber or synthetic rubber with steel cord, with high load-bearing performance, traction performance, buffer performance. Triangular steel plates protect both sides. The protection steel plate and rubber are connected as a whole by butt bolts. The contact surface is designed according to the outer arc of the wheels and fits closely to the wheels to stop the truck or trailer from moving forward and prevent the danger of goods and people falling when loading or unloading. It is widely used in truck loading and unloading areas.
The contact surface is designed to follow the outer arc of the wheel and fits tightly against the wheel to stop the truck or trailer from moving forward.
Linkage control
Choose the premium version (with magnetic switch) to realize interlocking with dock levelers, sliding doors, signal lamps, etc., and adopt one-piece control box for linkage control.
Security and anti-theft
Each wheel chock is equipped with an anti-theft chain, 3m in length, fixed to the floor/wall to prevent loss.
Multiple Security Measures
01
High sensor sensitivity:
Linkage control with other equipment to remind safe operation;
02
Linkage control:
Inform the operation status by linkage signal light to avoid misoperation;
03
Electrical safety:
Set up leakage protection device, no risk of leakage.
Parts Design Highlights
01
Triangular steel plates are used on both sides for protection. The protection steel plate and rubber are connected as a whole by butt bolts, which are durable.
Process Highlights
Effective stopping: The contact surface is designed to follow the outer arc of the wheel and fits tightly against the wheel to stop the truck or trailer from moving forward.
Installed on the exterior of the loading platform, on both sides of the vehicle stopping position, the anti-theft chain strips are fixed to the floor and the platform wall.
Wheel chocks (premium version) with magnetic induction switch, placed in the front of the wheel, will automatically sense the signal light, when it's red light, the vehicle is prohibited from moving; loading and unloading operations are completed, the staff move away from the wheel chocks, when it's green light, the vehicle is free to move.
