Hydraulic Dock Levelers can achieve a safe and fast cargo handling process and improve logistics loading and unloading efficiency. Fastlink Dock Leveler can effectively adjust the height difference between the carriage floor of different transport vehicles and the platform, forming a sloping transition between the rear of the vehicle and the platform, enabling the loading and unloading process to be completed in one go, avoiding accidental damage and unnecessary risks.
The platform's deck is made of anti-slip patterned steel plate with a substrate thickness of 8mm. The bottom structure comprises 8-10 C-shaped steel/I-beam reinforcement bars, which can meet different loading capacities.
High-strength lip plate
The high-strength lip plate is fixed on the self-locking device to ensure the load-bearing requirements of the Dock Leveler in the reset state.
Multiple security measures
Pulling-through support rod: effectively avoiding safety accidents caused by accidental collisions during platform maintenance, resulting in the tilting of the support rod. Foot guard: prevents personnel from getting caught during the platform lifting process. Emergency stop function: In case of a sudden safety accident, the Dock Leveler operation can be stopped urgently. Night self-locking device: prevents the Dock Leveler from prying open the lip plate under external force, preventing property damage.
Parts Design Highlights

The lip plate is made of an anti-slip patterned steel plate, with a thickness of 14/15mm, and adopts a double 5-degree arch design to increase the overlap area between the tongue plate and the truck, making the transition smoother and increase the loading strength of the tongue plate.

The tail adopts a patented circular arc transition design, which ensures effective contact between the platform and the forklift tires within different height adjustment ranges, reducing forklift bumps, minimizing occupational diseases of forklift drivers, and minimizing damage to goods caused by bumps.

The through-type maintenance support rod can effectively support the platform and tongue plate, and resist impacts from the front and side, and the support point is located in the middle of the tongue plate. The through-type design enhances safety and anti-collision performance.

Process Highlights
The inverted design of the oil cylinder can effectively prevent dust accumulation, avoid oil leakage caused by wear of the oil seal of the oil cylinder, and prevent the failure of the hydraulic lock valve.
Enclosed tubular hinge increases the contact area with the pin shaft, resulting in greater and more uniform force distribution. The tubular hinge can be lubricated with grease to ensure flexible opening of the tongue plate.
Production uses fully automated production lines, with high production efficiency and guaranteed quality.
Two imported laser cutting machines are used to efficiently cut steel with a processing accuracy of 1mm.
The length of the Dock Leveler mainly depends on the height difference between the truck floor and the platform height; Platform length L=h (difference between carriage floor height and platform height)/0.125.
Dynamic load: The maximum total weight of forklifts and cargo that can pass through when the Dock Leveler overlaps with the interior of the carriage for operation; Static load: The maximum weight of a stationary object that can be placed on the Dock Leveler in a reset state.
