Referring to the national standard of “17J610-1 Cold Storage Door” and the line standard of “SB/T10569-2010 Cold Storage Door”, it is produced and installed. Adopting variable line track, floating open and sinking closed door opening system to achieve self-sealing effect. Typical application industries: Applicable to assembled cold storage, civil cold storage, constant temperature storage and ultra-low temperature cold storage with temperature not lower than -60 ℃ for food, medicine, logistics and chemical industry.
The door plate is made of brushed process 304 stainless steel plate or color steel, the interior is filled with thermal insulation, flame retardant polyurethane, density 45±3Kg/m3.
Sealed
Heavy-duty aluminum alloy closed rail, safe to put off the rail, the guide rail is open with floating open and sinking closed function “V” type hawthorn. The rail is made of 6063-T5 technology with 8mm thickness and anodized surface.
Break cold
Aluminum alloy/304 stainless steel section cooling structure (door frame), designed with embedded electric heating tank, self-limiting heating wire power 25w/m.
All-round safety protection
Anti-trap function: adopting permanent magnet servo motor, with self-bouncing function in case of obstruction; Emergency manual opening device: after power failure, the door can be opened manually from inside and outside. External door opener lever-type opening handle, internal door opener for automatic interlocking device. Safety warning: internal door opening and unlocking device has eye-catching luminous marking. Door opening and closing warning light: The door opening status has a beeping warning light to remind the personnel to pay attention to the safety of the passage; Electrical safety: 1) The net gage has a self-limiting heating wire with a maximum limiting temperature of 65℃.
